Wildflowers

Wildflower honey features a color ranging from straw yellow to ochre yellow, with a delicate aroma and a moderately fruity taste. After production, it may remain liquid or become creamy, with a natural tendency to crystallize.

Chestnut

Chestnut honey presents a dark amber color, a moderately intense aroma, and a pleasantly bitter taste. It remains liquid for a long time, gradually becoming more viscous, with very slow natural crystallization.

Lemon

Lemon honey ranges in color from light amber to amber, featuring a delicate lemon aroma and a sweet, slightly citrus flavor. Fluid at extraction, it gradually becomes creamy through natural crystallization over time.
